CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

1. The winning entry will receive one 10" x 8 " fine art giclee on stretched canvas entitled PAINT THE TOWN RED. The winner will also receive a Certificate of Authenticity which is signed, numbered & dated.

2. Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary. Eligible persons may enter by completing an original entry form available online at www.leannelainefineart.com.

3. Contest will close August 1, 2009 at 6pm PST, draw will take place August 2, 2009.

4. This Contest is open to all residents of Canada and the United States.

5. Winner will be notified by email and announced on www.leannelainefineart.com.
